Ride-In Program

The goal of the Ride-In Program is to provide the university community the opportunity to observe patrol operations.

 

If you are interested in riding along with a police officer, complete the ride along waiver and email the form to police@eiu.edu .

 

  • A police officer will contact you to facilitate scheduling of the ride-along.
  • You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age to ride-in.
  • Only one (1) ride-in is permitted within a six (6) month period
