Subject: Scheduled Maintenance

The Ad Astra scheduling system will be upgrading to a new version March 13 – March 15.  During this time, users will not have access to the current scheduling system. 
 
The upgrade includes changes to the scheduling calendar and accounting features.  A demonstration of the new version will be given on Thursday, March 9, 2017 at 1:30.    The location will be announced once it has been determined. 
 
Please email acsched@eiu.edu if you plan to attend.
