Overview

An interest in sports, coaching, and fitness would be important for students in this minor. Students will complete 15 credit hours of core courses, 4 technique and theory credit hours, and 4 coaching credit hours. The Kinesiology, Sport, and Recreation Department has outstanding faculty who have real-world experience and stay current and active in their field. The faculty involve students in practical learning experiences, research activities, and have a genuine interest in student success.
